Directions for Use: After cleansing face, wet cotton pad with Rosemary & Sage and swipe over face and neck. After fully covering face with toner, apply serum, moisturizer or face oil. Rosemary & Sage works great at night when used immediately before applying face oil or beauty balm / concentrate. Can also be used after applying makeup as a setting spray or post workout as a mid-day refresher.
